Motive and the need to create a storyboard
A motive is the reason why we are producing a 3D walk-through. If you think about it, if we are deprived of a motive, we wouldn't know exactly what to show and how to present the project. For another project, we might have a real-estate agent trying to show his/her customers how one would be living in the house they are promoting.
The approach and techniques used for the first instance have nothing to do with the second example, and this demonstrates why a motive is the first step to create an expert movie.
