Working with decision diamonds
One of the most agile features of advanced automations is their ability to create “one-to-many” outcomes. For example, you may create an automation that invites people to purchase your membership and then offer them gold, silver, and bronze options when they view your landing page. Depending on what they purchase, you will want to tag them accordingly and send the appropriate emails so that you can follow up and deliver their membership content.
One invitation leads to many possible outcomes.
Decision diamonds are how the advanced automation builder knows which path to send your leads down. When this happens, Keap uses the rules you add to the decision diamond to evaluate the information available and use it to choose the appropriate sequence.
Note
Decision diamonds are created automatically when a goal or a sequence connects to two or more sequences.
