Determining the KPIs

This step is the second part of the IBM Garage co-create phase where we evaluate each opportunity in the overall modernization and migration. We will also identify the most valuable options based on the business value, which is the crucial driver for the evaluation process. Here are some critical KPIs that need to be defined for the modernization program:

These KPIs help define the roadmap by aligning and prioritizing different items found in the discovery step based on the business value. In addition, we need to optimize performance during the operations of the new target state.
