Here, we will start to learn about how the various sections of our application will read data.

MyAccount

To begin with, let's start working on MyAccount. Let's create a class for Ext Direct. Here we will add the source code for a new PHP.

Because the source code is going to be a little long to be added to this text, please refer to your source file at: 09_reading_data_myaccount/php/classes/MyAppMyAccount.php.

Implement the readForm method. When a person logs in, it acquires the account information from the database by using the saved ID as a reference.

I'll hold back from explaining the PHP processing that happens around here. The main point is the returned associative array key.

The access key is a flag that gives the value true or false indicating whether the form's acquisition was successful or not. The data for each field is configured as an associative array in the data key. In order to use this readForm in Ext Direct, update the REMOTING_API output configurations.
