Summary
In this chapter, we looked at surfacing data into our chatbot from a public page and from an external system. For the purpose of the second example provided, we leveraged the Dynamics 365 Sales application available in the same environment as the Power Virtual Agent. This allowed us to retrieve and present in the conversation a listing of available opportunity records.
In the next chapter, we will focus on some aspects of governance. We will look at both agents for the web as well as agents for Teams. We will investigate the approach to governance, some aspects to consider, as well as the most common governance scenarios.
