Chapter 4. The Configuration Management API
In the previous chapters, we explained the basic concepts of Configuration Management in Drupal 8 and also talked about the different types of configuration. Now we will get our hands dirty and learn about the Configuration Management API of Drupal 8. Here, we will dive into the Simple Configuration API and learn how configuration can be overridden. Later, we will take a closer look at how to create custom configuration entity types, and you'll also learn about the configuration's context system.
