Configuring channel creation

Depending on your organization, you may need to limit who can create companywide channels. To control this setting, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Stream Admin Center (https://web.microsoftstream.com/admin) and select Content creation.

2. Under Restrict companywide channel creation, click the slider to set it to On:

3. In the Add an unrestricted user box, add the identities of one or more users who will be able to create companywide channels.
4. Click Save.
