What you need to look for really does depend on your culture, environment, ways of working, and business maturity. I know that's a bit of a cop-out, but it is, unfortunately, true. We've already covered some of this, but it does need pointing out that if you have an unhealthy culture, environment, or behaviors, there may be more potential hurdles than you can shake a stick at. Which is why it's pretty important that you address those areas.
