About webhook

In the previous chapter, intents were fulfilled statically by adding text responses. This is ideal if you already know the questions that will be asked and their answers, such as FAQs. But in real-world scenarios, the questions asked by users often require complex calculations; the answers might come from searching a database, or even hitting external web services in order to build responses. For example, if you were building a weather voice interface, you would most likely use the AccuWeather application programming interfaces (APIs) (https://developer.accuweather.com/apis). So, in order to achieve calling external APIs to build proper responses requires your own middle-tier server.
