Using a mouse
While it is not required, I recommend that you consider using a mouse with whatever device you choose to work on. You may find that using a mouse over a touchscreen or trackpad is not only easier and more precise, but also allows for more effective navigation and control.
As shown in Figure 2.7, a standard two-button mouse offers some additional levels of control for working in Tinkercad’s 3D space:

The left button allows you to click, drag, and select things, while the right button allows you to orbit around in the 3D space. Orbiting is the action of rotating around your design to view it from every angle, which is something that can also be achieved by dragging the view cube in the top-left corner of your window.
