You must continuously learn new things to increase both the breadth and depth of your knowledge. Reading books, taking classes, listening to podcasts, reading blog posts, and watching videos are all ways that you can learn new things.
Participating in open source projects, writing your own blog, teaching others, trying new technologies, writing code, and attending user groups and conferences are all ways you can continue to get better at what you do.
