Summary

We have completed our journey of creating primitive shapes in AutoCAD. These shapes can be used as a starting point to create more complex, lifelike 3D models for your projects. As we saw, AutoCAD offers a wide variety of these shapes, with many different alternatives and options for each one.

In the next chapter, we will look at another method for creating 3D solids, which is to create them from a 2D shape, and we will also look at how to perform this operation in reverse, which is to create a 2D shot or section from an existing 3D model.
