Summary
We have now learned how to approach the creation of a bug flow; we got a deep insight into several different examples of bug flows and in what situations we should use them. We learned about all the possible transitions, their meaning, and how they relate to each other in the flow. We also learned why this part of QA is exceptionally important and how difficult it might be to implement properly. In the next chapter, it’s time to learn about the core of the QA job – how to report great bugs.
