You'll need a development sandbox for this one, but it's going to need to be a local installation since we want to simulate an on-premises environment. Make sure you remove any existing applications that you've installed in the sandbox environment. You may find it easier to start with a fresh database. You can use any 13.x or 14.x version of Business Central in whatever localization you would like.
