Configuring external sharing permission levels
Configuring external sharing permission levels for SharePoint and OneDrive for Business is important for maintaining control over how files and folders are shared outside your organization. Getting ready
In order to follow the steps in this recipe, you must be either a Global or SharePoint Administrator.
How to do it…
- Access the SharePoint admin center by logging in to the Microsoft 365 admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com. On the left navigation menu, under Admin centers, find and select SharePoint.
- Select Policies | Sharing from the left navigation menu.
