In this chapter, you learned what each major badge is and how it relates to your environment. We covered each badge (major and minor) and looked at how they are calculated, to give you a better idea of how the resultant numbers are generated and how to interpret them in your own environment.
In the next chapter, we will cover what vRealize Operations alerts are, how symptoms can affect Alerts, and how recommendations and actions can help us resolve Alerts. We will also discuss and configure alert notifications for some alerts.
