Adobe Illustrator is a vector graphic design application that allows you to create icons, logos, typography, and complex illustrations. It also allows you to create Scalable Vector Graphics, also known as SVGs. Adding SVGs in Captivate projects was covered in Chapter 2, Working with Standard Objects.
Adobe Captivate allows you to insert SVGs into your courses, which is especially beneficial for responsive courses, as SVGs scale beautifully in projects, without any loss of quality. The SVG images that you insert in Captivate can be edited by Adobe Illustrator using the same kind of round tripping workflow that you used with Audition and Photoshop in the previous sections.
