There is a wide variety of data source file formats in use. Luckily, most of the languages that we can use in Jupyter support these formats. Some languages are idiosyncratic in the format of the resultant dataset once loaded into memory, and some even allow keeping only one record at a time in memory to avoid overwhelming it. It will help you to have data in other formats; in acquisition data, we need to have different formats for new data, and these will be applied when reading files.
