Concept of lean and full warehouse management

Within a lean warehouse, you manage your inventory at the storage location level, whereas if you implement a full warehouse, you manage your inventory at the storage bin level.

You can create a transfer order in both scenarios using lean and full warehouses. If you do not want to update the stock at the storage bin level and you do not have a complex warehouse environment, then using lean is the other option. The lean option gives us advantages to using warehouse management through transfer order in the same way as the full warehouse management solution does.
