Product master data in SAP APO
Products are used within the system to represent the materials or services that are sold by any organization. Attributes within the product master data in SAP APO can be global or location-specific. Data at the global level is applicable for all locations, whereas data specific to a location applies to that location only. The material master in SAP ECC is replicated to SAP APO, and various fields within the SAP ECC material master are mapped to the corresponding product master data in SAP APO.
