Now that we have created a read-only role, let's go a little deeper with security. The read-only role was secured at the cube level. As we mentioned before, users who are part of this role have read access to all the content in the cube. In this section, we will work with dimensional- and cell-level security. We will start with dimension hierarchy-level security, and then demonstrate how to add dynamic security to support more complex scenarios.
