One of the most compelling features of the Microsoft Teams platform is the phone system architecture capability. Microsoft Teams has the flexibility to integrate with an existing Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunks, and analog devices, as well as replacing legacy phone systems.
