Summary
In this chapter, we explored the anti-patterns associated with culture in DevOps, looked at the challenges this brings to our DevOps transformation, and how to resolve some of these issues to prevent them from overburdening our efforts. Finally, we looked at the effects excessive tooling has on our environment and the dangers this brings to our efforts.
In the next chapter, we'll look at value stream maps and learn how to use them to drive process change. We'll also look at the difference between value stream mapping and process maps.
