Agile versus predictive project management
Regardless of the frameworks that you choose in both Agile and predictive types of project management, the goal is to produce a result that meets specifications and customer requirements while working effectively. But what exactly is the difference between Agile and predictive or waterfall project management?
We know based on the Agile Manifesto that software development got a bit of a facelift once the decision was made to embrace frequent changes, frequent reviews, adaptation, and putting certain aspects first, such as people over formal processes. That wasn't always the way that software development projects (or other projects) were managed.
