Understanding the sharing of notebooks stored in Teams, SharePoint, or OneDrive
When considering which information to add to your notebooks, it is helpful to remember who you are sharing that notebook with. Which information is of benefit to the group? From time to time, the group could change. You have members to remove or members to add. This could be because the membership of your department, project, or committee has changed, and they are the ones accessing the notebooks.

Sharing notebooks in Teams
If the shared notebook is in Teams, then the default membership is that team's membership. There are exceptions to this that could affect your notebook membership. If you have a private channel in your team and the notebook resides in that channel, then membership is restricted to a smaller group that is assigned to that private channel.
