Tricks of the trade
The way to get the best results out of your time invested is to make sure you devote the necessary time to preparing for every interview. This can be difficult if you have a lot of interviews going on and you are still working, but consider that you can be disqualified over a number of things, but you won't know until after the effort has been expended. It can be tough to learn that you didn't make the team over a small issue after spending several weeks interviewing. Don't interview for roles you are not really interested in, or that you don't think are worth the extra preparation. Do yourself a solid and stack the deck in your favor.
