Compositing in Affinity Photo

In this chapter, we will cover what I consider to be one of the most organic expressions of freedom when it comes to photo editing, and that is the area of compositing. Compositing means taking various images and combining them. It allows artists to expand past the world that exists and create whatever they want to make in their minds. This is a specialty of mine in photography, and I am excited to share the fundamentals of what I know with you.

In this chapter, we’ll take a short break from the technical aspect and begin to create, and explore. However, we will use every skill we learned about in the first half of this book, so all the technical knowledge we’ve covered will come in handy.
