Here are a few things I hope will help you think about how to understand your clients and how you will help them implement NetSuite:
- Which industry would you assign to a company that sells a line of cosmetics in a few of their retail stores and in many others’ stores as well: retail or wholesale/distribution?
- Think of a time when you had trouble working with someone – a co-worker, a client, or a customer – and think about what you learned from that experience. Now, imagine if that person were the key stakeholder at your NetSuite client, in charge of evangelizing NetSuite to the entire company. What strategies would you implement to ensure that person performed that role well? How would you deal with them if they did not?
- When gathering requirements, which is the better way to start asking a client about their purchasing process?
