Summary
In this chapter, we have learned about another great feature provided by Windows, WinML, which enables our computers and tablets to become part of the Edge ecosystem. Thanks to WinML, we can evaluate machine learning models without the need for an internet connection and by using the power of the CPU and GPU of a computer. Object detection, object recognition, and sentiment analysis are just a few of the scenarios that we can enable in situations where we might not have a reliable internet connection, or where we need to process a lot of data in a very short amount of time.
