Connectors and data sources

Power Automate can connect to many different data sources. These connectors are used across the Power Platform, and there are over 400 connectors to Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party services.

A Power Automate flow can connect to multiple data sources in a flow, allowing a flow to copy data and files from one service to another, or to combine data from two services and write it to a third. 

Using the on-premises data gateway, a Power Automate flow can read and write data in an on-premises SQL server or access an on-premises SharePoint list. 

Although many different data sources can be used by Power Automate, the PL-200 exam focuses on the Common Data Service connector.
