Suppose that you are the portal administrator:

  1. Log in and go to the Decrypted Documents public page at http://neiborhood.cignex.com/web/neighbors-congress/decrypted-documents.

  2. Change the page layout to 1 Column.

  3. Add a web content display portlet on the page.

  4. Click on the Add Web Content icon and add a description for the page.

  5. Add a document library display portlet below the web content display portlet.

  6. Click on the CongressDocHome folder name – you will see a page similar to the following screenshot:

What just happened?

You have successfully used the document library display portlet to start a research environment with the decrypted Congress documents.
