All of the techniques which we have covered throughout the book, so far, have been reliant on creating ways for users to be able manually enter data. We have made that as easy as possible by using controls such as media, or forms, but then we have still relied on the user doing something else after that to add context or additional information. As an example, in our groceries app, we have utilized forms and other user interactive controls.
