Imagine planning a holiday at a resort. You visited the website of the resort, saw some great pictures and looked at different facilities available, and decided to book and visit there. Once you reached the resort, suddenly it didn't seem like what you had seen on the website. Facilities which were mentioned on the website were either not there or not working up to the expectation. Wouldn't you feel cheated and short changed?
