Quality control and exporting
Now that we’ve looked at how to add and refine meaning in Movie mode, it’s up to you to put this together to produce a finished video that tells the story of the Berlin trip coherently, concisely, and engagingly. Keep those main editing principles from Chapter 1 in mind, but don’t let them limit what you try. It’s only through experimentation that you’ll learn from mistakes and create timelines that make you sit back and smile. Practice will help you nail down the style of editing that helps you tell your stories the way you want to.
Before you export it, give your finished video a quality control watch-through to check there aren’t any problems with the picture or sound. Fix any problems, make adjustments, and watch it again.
