SASE Stakeholders
Every great project starts from a primary goal or objective that is achieved through expert planning, discipline, execution, and validation post-completion. In this way, SASE Service projects are similar as all stated elements are required. SASE differs from most projects in the level of collaboration and overall input required from key stakeholders.
Stakeholders are simply those that have something to either lose or gain from the project’s outcome.
In every successful project, the key stakeholders must be defined so that their definition of success is recorded before planning the work effort. Success criteria must be written and agreed to in the beginning and the overall project must be measured by its achievement of those written criteria.
Project failure can be financial or physical in nature, related to UX, dangerous, or just perceived by the key stakeholders. Perception is the hardest to fight but must be fought for the sake of the organization...
