Understand the key success factors for the project and how the business will determine if you are a success. These key success factors should have been outlined within your business strategy and again in the business case.
How to do it...
Review your business strategy and business case. Understand the key success factors for your project to enable you to successfully prioritize the business requirements:
1. Create an additional column within the business requirements named Priority as shown in the following screenshot:
