Assigning picklist values
Picklist is a drop-down list where the user can select one of the values, and Multi-Select is a drop-down list where the user can select multiple values.
When defining these values, it is best to think about your reporting requirements. Take the following examples:
- If you imagine a bar chart, what would you want to see on the y axis (across the bottom)?
- If you imagine a pie chart, how would you like to see this divided up?
