Section 3: Extending and Building AI Features

This section will explain the options an architect has for building on top of existing AI features, building new AI features on the Salesforce platform, and integrating third-party AI services. We will look at the admin features that can be used to customize AI solutions in Chapter 6, Declarative Customization Options, and then move on to both native and third-party API-based solutions in the following chapters.
