About the Fortune Cookie project

I thought it would be fun to import a Unix-style command called fortune (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fortune_(Unix)) into the voice user interface (VUI) project. The Unix fortune command randomly displays quotations by famous people and, similarly, the Fortune Cookie voice application will randomly read out quotations to users. The Fortune Cookie application will be able to respond to the following set of remarks:

Tell me a quote
Give me a fortune cookie
I feel sad/happy
Show me authors
