We introduced the Journey Interaction Matrix (JIM) in Chapter 8, Learning How Interaction Works in Technology-Enabled Care Teams, to utilize OODA, which was introduced in Chapter 7, Creating New Platforms with OODA. Together, they provide a way to tell structured stories about the relationships between the activities in health journeys, executed by providers and the enablers. In this chapter, we will learn how to create a common understanding to integrate and transform into the top tread of TiSH, personal directed healthcare with the best-fitting solutions and systems, tread by tread.
