How do frames work?
To help you understand how the frames work, we have created two examples. The first example uses an image as a step (no frames).The second example uses a frame around an image as a step.
We suggest that you study or execute both examples (it's a five minute exercise). Comparing the two will help you easily grasp how frames work and why they are a key element in any prezi.
How to do it…
Example 1: A path step that does not use frames:
- Begin by opening the prezi that you want to work in.
- Search the Internet or your computer for an image (we are using a house, but any image will do).
- Insert the image onto the canvas.
- Click on Edit Path to switch to path mode.
- Click on the image to add it to the path.
- To make this image step number one, you may have to drag it to the top of the path lane.
- Click on Present to see your step in present mode.
