Chapter 10. Project Meetings

Projects are a regular part of business life. The organizations we are affiliated with, whether it's as a volunteer or employee, will always have some sort of project going on.

As business professionals, we need to know how to effectively manage and participate on a project team. Part of the team's effectiveness is how well the team conducts their meetings. There's a direct correlation between project meetings and the outcome of the project.
