Working with environments
The Power Virtual Agents platform allows us to create and manage chatbots in different environments, as well as switching between these environments.
An environment allows you to store and share a segmented section of your organization's business data along with a chatbot. You group these elements, along with applications and flows, to create full line-of-business solutions. In addition to that, you configure security rules for environments, allowing you to define who can access which data and processes.
