Five disciplines of cloud governance
Cloud governance is a set of policies, procedures, and best practices that organizations use to manage their cloud environments effectively. The five disciplines of cloud governance are a set of common governance disciplines that help form policies and align toolchains. This framework has been developed by various organizations and experts in the field of cloud computing and governance. In the Azure ecosystem, the five disciplines of cloud governance (see Figure 5.1) are defined as follows:
