Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp

We have many customers who run Citrix workloads on VMware. The first part of our Citrix solution is the management pack for Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp. This management pack allows VMware administrators to see all their Citrix workloads inside of vROps. The management pack also creates relationships between Citrix components, the underlying database (using the management pack for MS SQL), and any related Virtual Machine. This allows the administrator to get a complete view of their Citrix workloads.

To help you diagnose an issue, we have dozens of dashboards that look at the specific details of any Citrix resource in vROps. From the site to the VDA, you can see data on each resource type, allowing you to find the exact location of any performance issue in the user's Citrix environment. Our User and Session Details dashboard is one of the most powerful:
