Level 3 – Infrastructure-level monitoring and reporting

The third level of the monitoring framework deals with monitoring and reporting on the infrastructure details (i.e., virtual machines, databases, application servers, etc.) that needed to be set up for the UiPath RPA platform.

At ABC Insurance Corporation, a centralized infrastructure monitoring team is assigned to support all the enterprise application needs. The UiPath Monitoring team works closely with the centralized team to create dashboards and reports to report on the health of the UiPath platform infrastructure.

The infrastructure monitoring on the enterprise resources is necessary only if either Orchestrator or the Robot are hosted on-prem. The following matrix is a reference guide for involving UiPath Monitoring within infrastructure monitoring needs:
