Chapter 3. Customizing Your Process Template

This chapter will assume that you have all the permissions required to perform process template customizations and upload them to your Team Projects and Team Project Collections. All the examples in this chapter are based on the scrum process template that comes out of the box with TFS 2015. We'll cover everything there is to know about customizing the process template, including the following:

Modifying the process template to:
- Add a few default area paths
- Change the test variables and configuration
