Iteration System Demo

The Iteration System Demo is held once per iteration for the entire ART. The intention is to provide an integrated view of all the work that all the teams have completed. Integration of work is one of the hardest things that teams do, and the Iteration System Demo is a forcing function for the integration of the systems and to give Stakeholders an objective measure of progress during the PI. Without the Iteration System Demo, we are unable to determine the actual progress being made to meet the PI Objectives and lose a critical feedback loop to keep the ART on track or to make any adjustments.

How to execute an Iteration System Demo

The Iteration System Demo should be executed after the end of every iteration and show the Features developed during the last iteration.

It is typically scheduled by the RTE and facilitated by Product Management with help from wider teams.
