Change is a constant in the transformation journey. S/4HANA is a major cornerstone when it comes to digital transformation, impacting an organization’s core processes and data. You will introduce several innovations, new processes, and essentially a changed or new TOM, which affects people, processes, and technology as pillars of change.
At the start of Chapter 4, we discussed several paradigms of change that an organization needs to start bringing in to create synergy across the three pillars (people, processes, and technology) right from inception – almost predicting what needs to change and working toward managing that change, with a change strategy throughout the transformation and post-rollout. This includes cultural shifts in how work gets done to propagate the value the enterprise intends to create for its consumers and how it is delivered on the field.
