Planning the roadmap
When we begin to think about building an application, especially in an organization that embraces an agile methodology and approach, we usually think about a roadmap with different features emerging, covering different functionality and business use cases. Creating a strategic roadmap should be considered a priority. With no direction or understanding of the desired destination, the future state is left to chance and may or may not support the business outcomes required to support the organization’s goals.
